                The explosion proof high bay lamp is installed in a place filled with dust and flammable gas.So how to select, install and maintain LED explosion proof high bay lamps?

     1.Determine the classification of hazardous locations based on the release of flammable substances and ventilation.

    2.Determine the level and temperature level of the electrical equipment based on the characteristics of electricity and steam.

    3.According to the use function, select the explosion proof high bay lamp that meets the classification of such dangerous places, gas level and temperature group.

     4.After receiving the explosion proof high bay lamp, check the nameplate technical parameters, spare parts and installation accessories according to the packaging and packing list.

     5.According to the structural characteristics of the explosion proof high bay lighting, select the steel pipe wiring or cable wiring.

     6.Make sure to introduce the seal inside the unit and the washers are installed correctly in order.

         7.Ensure that the pressing device components firmly press the sealing ring and securely clamp the cable: If there is an unnecessary inlet on the explosion proof high bay lighting, it must be reliably sealed with a steel blocking plate.

       8.Connect the internal and external grounding of the explosion proof high bay lighting to the grounding system reliably, and press the power cable into the terminal.

       9.Regularly check whether the rubber components on the seal ring and the LED explosion proof high bay lighting in the introduction device are aging. Check the connection terminals and the internal and external grounding for looseness, and keep the appearance of the LED flameproof luminaires clean and complete.
