Why use LED explosion proof luminaires in the powder coating workshop?

         LED explosion proof luminaires is a kind of explosion lamp. Its principle is the same as that of explosion lamp. However, the lamp bead is LED lamp bead. It refers to the various measures taken to prevent ignition of explosive mixtures such as explosive gas environment, explosive dust environment and gas. The dust explosion is in a state where the powder coating and the air are mixed, and the concentration is higher than the lower limit of the explosion (typically 20-50 g/m3 depending on the type of the coating, such as the lower explosion concentration of the epoxy resin powder is 30 g/m3). It can be produced with an ignition source with a minimum ignition energy (10mJ-40mJ, epoxy powder ignition energy of 15mJ). For explosion-proof dust explosion, first remove the ignition source generated by the oil powder spraying equipment, control the dust concentration and dust scattering specific measure: 1 Due to the use of high voltage electricity on electrostatic coating equipment, the insulation of the spray gun and cable must be checked regularly. 2 In spraying, the spray gun should not be too close, and it should not touch the grounded conductor. 3 Spray booths, air ducts, recycling devices, transportation chains, hangers, coated objects and other metal equipment must be well grounded. 4 Coated objects, hangers, etc. should not fall in the paint booth. 5 The coating film attached to the transport chain and the hanger should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the object to be coated is well grounded. 6 Painting workers wear conductive shoes, wear dust masks 7 In places with explosion hazards, electrical components and equipment should be combined with electrical regulations in the area. Electrical appliances, switch boxes, etc. should be dust-removed, powder should not enter. It can be seen from the above several safety measures that the lighting electrical equipment of the powder coating workshop must also meet the requirements of on-site safety protection. Ordinary lighting fixtures cannot meet this standard. Only the use of explosion proof luminaires can achieve explosion-proof, dustproof, waterproof and anti-static. These requirements can effectively guarantee the safety of the site.
